Catalina joined Meana Green Maura in 2018. Before she joined the firm, Catalina worked for a shipowner in London for three years, where she developed both a legal and commercial awareness through participation in sale and purchase operations, ship re-financing, compliance and due diligence processes, specialising in dry cargo.
Catalina holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster and wrote her dissertation on the practice of issuing bills of lading in sets focused on the protection of the carrier, for which she received honours.
She read Law and Political Sciences at the University of Granada and is a Member of the Madrid Bar Association and the London Universities Maritime Law and Policy Research Group (LUMLP).
