Luis is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in litigation in civil, commercial, administrative, and labor law.

He served as the Presiding Magistrate of the Conciliation and Arbitration Tribunal of the Municipality of Puebla, Mexico.

From 2011 to 2014, he was the Director of Mediation, Conciliation, and Condominium Arbitration of the Municipal Attorney’s Office in the Honorable Municipality of Puebla.

Licensed attorney with a professional license issued by the Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico.

He is the Vice President of the Civil Association Vida y Familia Puebla, which provides comprehensive assistance to pregnant women in vulnerable situations.

Member and Certified Attorney by the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE), Bar Association.

He has held public positions and has been a mediator trainer for both the Judicial Branch of the State of Puebla and the State Prosecutor’s Office. In 2014, he was certified by the Technical Secretariat of the Coordination Council for the Implementation of the Criminal Justice System as an instructor for alternative dispute resolution facilitators in Mexico.

He is also a professor in the Bachelor’s Degree in Law in civil and commercial subjects at the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP), and an Instructor at the Judicial Studies Institute of the Honorable Superior Court of Justice of the State of Puebla in the Master’s Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Since 2019, he has been working for MEANAGREENMAURA in litigation for various clients in Mexico.
