Advise to the public and private sector in all types of matters related to Administrative Law and, particularly, in matters of local law, public employment and administrative procedures (including appeals, administrative sanctioning files, etc.).

Commercial law to national and international companies from different sectors of activity, as well as individuals.

For more than 15 years, he has advised and defended various local entities in court, having served as legal counsel in defending the interests of various Public Administrations in more than 500 proceedings before the Contentious-Administrative, Social, and Criminal jurisdictions.

In addition, he advises in pre-litigation stage and in judicial procedures on different matters: corporate conflicts, compensation derived from agency agreements, distribution and franchise contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, debt claims and recognition and executions of judicial and non-judicial titles.

Regarding his practice in Administrative Law, he regularly advises both private individuals and public administrations on matters related to public procurement, authorisations and licenses, public assets, sanctioning procedures, subsidies, infrastructure, and the liability of public administrations, among others.

In the procedural sphere, he frequently appears before administrative courts and tribunals.

He has extensive experience in urban planning and real estate transactions, both in terms of land use planning and development, as well as in advising on the purchase, sale, or operation of real estate assets. He is also active in the areas of administrative concessions, public tenders, claims for economic-financial rebalancing, price revisions, contract modifications and terminations, and the liability of public administrations, among others.
