Federico has focused his professional practice in the fields of Commercial, Private International and Banking Law, International Trade and M&A. He advises various domestic and international entities in situations of insolvency and financial crisis, including bankruptcy and winding up proceedings. Over the years he has also become an expert in Money Laundering litigation and compliance issues.
